I’m on the hunt for new stationery. It’s perhaps the only enjoyable part about changing my name (please don’t make me go to the DMV). There so many beautiful options out there, but the prices can be pretty steep.
With me being the crumb-winner of the family these days, I’ve put a lot more thought into how I’m spending my money. (Fine. Our money. Very few soy lattes in my life. It’s really sad.) While I would love a gorgeous set of custom stationery, I just can’t justify it right now. Damn you, adulthood.
Instead, I’m thinking about ordering one of these groovy rubber stamps from The Besotted Brand. Aren’t they pretty? I figure I can change up the paper/ink color to keep things interesting, and I love the idea of hand-stamping each card or letter. (Like, Look! I made this, I made this, I made this!)
What about you, have you ever used a stamp instead of stationery? Tell me, what’s your correspondence routine?
p.s. I want these, too. Just because. (I will not add to cart. I will not add to cart.)Above: modern three-letter/glam monogram/vintage three initials/woodland wreath
